There might be some of you that remember us posting about the upcoming vinyl release of Fjøsnisse - Vord back in May. The good news is that the wait is finally over!
We are happy to announce that this fantastic album is finally available on Monday September 20th!
We are going to repeat ourselves again:
"The third full-length has been well received by critics and fans alike and might be his best creation so far and we are inclined to agree. Following in the veins of his previous releases, this fantastic album takes us on a walk through the mighty, cold and dark mountains of Norway, enveloped by the sagas and folk tales that have inspired Fjøsnisse's work since the beginning."
Pre-orders up now. As an added bonus, anyone that picks up a copy of this vinyl before September 24th via Blodbuse will have a chance to win one of the five testpresses produced for this release!

The atmosphere of this album is fantastic. Makes you feel like you're knee-deep in the trenches drenched in mud, filth, sweat, and blood. Truly encapsulates the horrors of World War I, and the fact that the lyrics of some of the songs are taken from old war letters really adds to the authenticity.

The cover painting (Udslidt by H A Brendekilde, if anyone is interested) and the music is in perfect alignment. So much sorrow, so much despair... Right from the start I can feel my soul wither away with each riff. Still, towards the end of the record I can catch little glimpses of hope in the melodies. A beautiful journey in the bleak reality of existence. vilmosomedve
